Login Issues...

If you cannot login, it will be because of one these reasons.

1. If you are being redirected to the login page:

You are entering the wrong username and/or password. Click HERE to send the lost password reset email and you will receive a new password. Then, once you have logged in you can change the password on your account profile page if you wish to do so.

2. Cookies, Cookies must be enabled to use my site:

If you clicked to not allow cookies, you will not be able to login. At the bottom right of this page, you will see a button, "I Understand," click it to allow cookies.

3. If when trying to login it says account is unverified:

You did not click on the verify email sent to your email address when you signed up. Click HERE to resend the verification email and click the link in it to verify your account.

4. Locked out due to too many login attempts:

If you or someone else have tried to access your account with the wrong username or password too many times. Or your IP has reset too many times within a short time period. Your account will be temporarily locked. Its a security measure to protect accounts.

The system should reset and let you login again after 24 hours. If not, then Click HERE to send a support ticket and the support team will look into why your account got locked and lift the lock on the account manually.
